Meet the VC Wifflers
- Mickey "M-Train" Chew (aka "The Big Stick"): M-Train provides the VC Wiffle crew with some veteran leadership and wiffle experience. He is a three-tool wiffler; solid at the plate and in the field, and crafty on the hill. M-Train's nickname "The Big Stick" derives from his wiffle philosophy which combines two of his great passions, wiffle ball and history. M-Train strictly adheres to Teddy Roosevelt's policy founded on an Ancient African proverb which said, "Speak softly and carry a big stick; you will go far." Throws: Right Bats: Left Number: 8
- Vinnie "Bull Moose" Gonzalez: In addition to serving as VC Wiffle's first Commissioner, Moose finds the time to display his athletic prowess out on the field. Moose swings a fine bat. He has a smooth swing with excellent extra-base pop. In his early wiffle career, he has already had some timely homers. Moose also serves as a capable innings-eater on the hill, where he has excellent control. Throws: Right Bats: Right
- "Magic" Mark Hagadorn: Magic Mark has already shown great potential at the plate. In his brief wiffle career he's shown excellent bat-speed, generating some big-time hits as a result. If he continues to work on his game he should be one of the top hitters in the league. Throws: Right Bats: Right
- "Big Bat" Matt Hobbs: "Big Bat" Matt has burst onto the wiffleball scene and the scouts are keeping a close eye on him. He has already proven himself to be a serious threat at the plate, generating excellent bat speed and some big time hits. Look for "Big Bat" Matt to develop into one of the better hitters in the VC Wiffleball Club, as he gets more swings in against some of the big arms VC has to offer. Throws: Right Bats: Right
- Caden "The Cannon" Houson: The Cannon seems destined to be one of VC Wiffle's elite. He's already swinging a good bat and with his excellent work ethic and commitment to the game, he's only going to get better. The Cannon has dazzled the scouts and fans with some great plays in the field as well. Throws: Right Bats: Right
- "Jazzy" James Lowder: Jazzy James is one of the top hitters and pitchers in the VC Wiffleball club. At the plate, he has a super swing, with outstanding extra-base power. Jazzy James has also displayed great potential as a pitcher. He has good velocity, excellent command and is continuing to develop new pitches. Jazzy James will continue to shine. - Jason "Darius" Lowder: Darius has received a lot of attention from the wiffle scouts. He has the brawn and the brains to be an outstanding wiffler. His wiffle career is off to a bright start and will only get better as his shoulder continues to heal. Darius had a breakout tournament recently, leading scouts to believe he'll be one of the top VC Wifflers for years to come. Throws: Right Bats: Right
- "Brusin'" Bert Lund: Scouts are thrilled, at Brusin' Bert's recent departure from the DL. Bert is already showing signs of wiffle greatness. He is very disciplined at the plate and will make a careless pitcher pay for any mistakes he makes. Bert comes from a talented wiffle ball family, so expectations for Bert are running high. If any of his dad has rubbed off on him, he's sure to be a danger at the plate. Throws: Right Bats: Right
- "Marvelous" Michael Lund: Marvelous Mike comes from a family of talented wifflers. He's already proven himself to be quite capable at the plate. If he continues to study carefully under the tutelage of his father, he'll surely turn out to be a fine wiffler. Throws: Right Bats: Right
- "Talented" Todd Lund: Todd is the patriarch of a family of talented wifflers. He's one of the premiere VC Wifflers, even though he's reluctant to show off his skills when playing with the younger generation of wifflers. The Lund boys have surely benefitted from studying under one of the best tutors in the wiffle world. Throws: Right Bats: Left
- "Super" Steve Lund: Super Steve is the final member of the famed Lund wiffle clan. He's the complete package. Steve swings a mean bat at the plate, with excellent bat speed and pop. He's also a formidable pitcher combining great velocity, movement and control. Steve's sure to be one of the VC Wiffle elite if he sticks with it. Throws: Right Bats: Right
- "Magnificent" Matt Martin: Magnificent Matt has the talent to become one of the top VC Wifflers. He has a good-looking swing and the potential to be a force on the hill. If Magnificent Matt puts in the time, he's going to be a great wiffler. Throws: Right Bats: Right
- Jose "The Hammer" Mendoza: Jose "The Hammer" adds yet another powerful swing to the VC Wiffle squad. "The Hammer" has the skills and knowledge to become a top-notch wiffler. The scouts will be sure to keep a watchful eye on him as he continues to develop. Throws: Right Bats: Right
- Manny "The Masher" Mendoza: Manny "The Masher" looks to be another fine addition to the VC Wiffle Crew. He swings a mean bat and will only get better with time. The scouts are hoping to see Manny back out on the wiffle diamond soon. Throws: Right Bats: Right
- "Big" Brian Petry: Big Brian looks to be an exceptional wiffler. He swings a good bat, displaying excellent extra-base power. Big Brian also looks to be a force on the hill. He has good velocity and command of the strike zone. Big Brian will continue to get tougher to hit, as he develops more pitches. Throws: Right Bats: Right
- "Mighty" Matt Rickard: Mighty Matt already appears to be one of the top VC Wifflers. He has a solid bat, with extra-base power. More importantly, he has the potential to be a dominant force on the hill. He has super velocity, movement and stamina. Mighty Matt has also been hard at work, establishing great command of the strike zone and developing new pitches. Throws: Left Bats: Right Number: 11
- "King" Kyne Sheehy: King Kyne has the potential to be a three-tool wiffler. He's solid in the field and continues to progress both at the plate and on the mound. He's crafty on the hill and will be tough to hit if he can develop a few more pitches and more stamina. Throws: Right Bats: Right
- "Awesome" Andy Vosburg: Awesome Andy looks to be a perennial all-star in the VC Wiffle Club. Andy is solid at the plate and is a legitimate pitcher. He has excellent movement, control and velocity on the hill. Throws: Right Bats: Right
- Justin "Vos" Vosburg: Vos has already proven himself to be a skilled wiffler. He has a great bat and has delivered some clutch hits in his early wiffle career. One of the few VC wifflers that has already been able to track M-Train's drop ball. He looks to be one of the top hitters in the VC Wiffle Club. Throws: Right Bats: Left
- "Downtown" Deven: Downtown Deven (last name to be determined later) looked great in his wiffle debut. He swings a solid stick at the plate and will only get better if he continues to come out to the diamond. The scouts are eager to see more of this VC Wiffler. Throws: Right Bats: Right
